This Doctor's Office features a soaring tiered silhouette and a crisp brick texture, offering a classic Victorian aesthetic for curated Christmas in the City displays.
A rare find from the short-lived 1991–1994 production run, this building is an architectural marvel of the series, housing multiple professional suites including a rounded street-level Physician’s office and a second-story Dentist’s practice. The hand-painted porcelain facade is rich with period-accurate details, from the teal green doors and matching "Dentist" awning to the elegant orange lintels and festive evergreen wreaths crowning the gables.
One of the most unique features of this model is the attached arched walkway on the left side, topped with a vintage-style "Office For Rent" sign, which adds incredible depth and storytelling potential to a village layout. Standing at over ten inches tall, it provides significant vertical presence and a grounded sense of history to any metropolitan scene. It remains in excellent condition and comes complete with its original box and light cord. When lit, the many windows glow warmly, making it a serene and reverent tribute to the neighborhood healers of a bygone era.
