1992 Bombay Butler/Waiter Decorative Ceramic Teapot

1992 Bombay Butler/Waiter Decorative Ceramic Teapot. Measures 7" in height by 8 1/4" wide. Measured from top of head and handle to spout. Excellent condition but there is a black spot on spout. I don't know what it is.
