1998 Byers Choice Street Vendors Caroler Figure. Measures about 13" in height. Good condition. Has some damage on the base and the cloth on the bottom is coming off.

Additionally, the green felt on the underside of the base is coming off and could be re-glued. This figure does not come with its original box.
