1996 Dept 56 Snow Village "Smokey Mountain Retreat". Handpainted ceramic. Measures about 7" in height by 9.5" wide. Comes with the smoke. Chimney works but it is vintage so use at your own risk. House is in very good condition. I cannot tell whether the spot I circled is snow or a chip. Comes with box and light cord.
