Vintage Solid Brass Hurricane Candle Holder

Vintage Solid Brass Hurricane Candle Holder. Made in India. Solid brass base. Needs to be cleaned and polished. There is candle wax on the opening. I tried to get it all out but missed some. The glass top is chippy, not smooth on the bottom and has bits of wax on it. Measures 11" in height by 5 1/2" wide at base. Good condition, needs polishing.
