2. 1969 Ezra Brooks Winston Churchill Decanter: This collectible decanter commemorates Winston Churchill's "Iron Curtain" speech in Fulton, MO. The figural bottle features Churchill at a podium. It measures 12 inches tall. Please note, the label is peeling, the top is stuck on, and it sounds like part of the cork is loose inside.
