How quickly will my Latent Hart order ship?

We aim to process and securely ship all orders within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

What shipping carriers do you use and how long does delivery take?

We primarily ship domestic orders via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground, selecting the most efficient carrier based on your package size and location. Standard delivery averages 3 to 7 business days. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us before ordering for a custom quote.

How are fragile vintage collectibles packaged for shipping?

We take great care in packaging your unique vintage items to ensure they arrive safely. We wrap every piece securely using high-quality protective materials, including bubble wrap and packing paper. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your order is packaged.

Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy if I change my mind?

We want you to love your item! You can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition. If you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method.

What happens if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately so we can work with the carrier to track it down. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with photos of the damage so we can quickly resolve the issue and process your refund or exchange.
